To create a MySQL database, log into Your cPanel/MySQL® Databases

Enter the new Database's name and click the "Create New Database":

You will receive a note about creating a new Database, then click "Go Back"

For database connection to your site, you need to create a DataBase user. Enter the new user name and password in the "Add New User" form, and then click "Add New User"

After New User creation, click "Go Back"

For the DataBase creation complete, you need to assign a DataBase user. In the "Current Users" part (at the bottom of the page), select the desired Database (if there are several) and select the user for the Database, then click "Add".
P.S. You can designate multiple users for one DataBase and also multiple DataBases for one user.

In the next step, you need to set permissions for the user:
- click "ALL PRIVILEGES" if database restrictions are not required
- If restrictions to the database are necessary, then mark them and click "Make Changes" then click "Go Back".
